hi, i have managed to get alcohol 120 to install on vista but get this message

image file could not be opened by miniport in kernal mode

plz help

How did you make the image and what is it an image of?

Please be aware that Alcohol does not support Vista at this point in time and the error message you are getting could be directly related to this.

i havent made an image, i tryed to set up a virtual drive and that was the error. sorry i should of made myslef clearer

Normally associated with a prior release and happened when you attempted to mount an image on the drive.

In your case I will assume that the SPTD drivers do not install correctly under Vista. Sorry, there's not much else I can tell you.

As Vista is not officialy supported by Alcohol at this time, we will not attempt to resolve problems created by people who try to install Alcohol in a Vista inviroment.
