Hi,

Is it possible to burn at 1X speed? My CD say it supports 1X - 52X, and my CD recorder up to 52X.

But what I really want is to burn at 1X and Alcohol 120% only offers me 4X, 8X, 10X, 16X, 24X, 32X, 40X, 48X, 52X!

Thanks for the attention.

When people use our trial version of the software they are required to post the system report first. This is for EVERY question. It is a rule for all..... It sometimes gives us info we can use to help you too.....

As for your question, it can depend on the drive, the firmware on the drive, and the media. Also check the list to make sure that your drive is listed as a drive that is supported by Alcohol.

"Up to 52x" states the maximum possible speed but not the minimum one. Probably the minimum speed that your burner can burn at is 4x, the minimum that Alcohol gives you the option to burn at.
