No answer from support AFTER purchase, normal?

Hi there,

Is it, you think, good commercial practice that four days after purchase and sending an email to tech support twice, I have absolutely no reply at all? angry.gif

P.S.: Sorry for the off-topic, but I didn't where else to post since, ah, well, you guys don't address my query by email... Duh.

I have looked through all support emails received for the last month and there is not a single email from you therefore it has most likely been stopped by spam filters somewhere. If you don't have a response within 24 hours it means we've not received the email.

Try using the form here: http://support.alcoh...mailsupport.php

I have also changed your status to customer so you should notice an extra area now.
