I'm hoping I won't have much time for posting for a while.  Why do I say that?  Well, nearly two weeks ago I was fired from my job.  Not because of the economy, just because the owner and I didn't get along well and he finally decided to get rid of me.  No worries, though, I was fully expecting it and was already planning on quitting before long.  In fact, the day Bob (not the owner, that coward wouldn't fire me himself) showed up to fire me, I laughed.  I quite literally got a kick out of the whole thing.



Now, for the good news (or is it, the other good news?).  I'm now holding in my hands (well, I was a second ago before I put them down to type this message), the documents making me the proud new owner of an onsite PC repair business.  I'm buying the name, the customer database, the phone number and everything else that goes with it.



That's right, I am now self-employeed.

Well, going on 6 weeks now, and business has been booming. It's slowed down a bit over the past two weeks, but that's normal for the computer business when the weather starts getting nice. It's the bad weather that drives people inside onto their computers and brings me more business.

Windows 7 is coming, so computer business shall be rising whatever the weather may be, I am confident about it.

Hope your summer is better than ours, ours was complete and utter Four Letter Word Starting With "S", hence I'll be heading to Europe for 7 weeks starting June.
