Unable to Login to Customer Login

Couldn't find out a better place for this as I'm not registered as a customer yet.

This morning I purchased a lifetime license for Alcohol 120% software, the payment everything went well. I received the key without problems and there didn't seem to be any other issues either. However, when I tried to log in to download the retail version of the software, I wasn't able to. First I send an email to the support( almost 5 hours ago) haven't gotten anything yet. I know, I should wait longer, but I'd just like to use the software I just purchased instead of having to wait until that is possible. Later on I found there was a toll free number in UK, so I called that one, but it turns out that they couldn't do anything about that as they were only selling the software etc.

Now I'm hoping that someone here could help me to solve this issue.

So the error message I get when I try to log in is this: The submitted info contains illegal data. You are receiving this messsage because there is a none legal symbol or character in your details. Please check your details again ensuring that you have only used alphanumerical entries and there are no special symbols. If you are certain you do not have any none legal symbols in you details and are still receiving this message, please contact support.

The same error comes in two different browsers, with me typing the password per hand or copy pasting the password from the "Forgotten Your Password?" Email. Is there anything I could do about this issue or would I have to wait for a reply from the Alcohol support group?

If there's any more information you need, I'd be glad to give them to you.

Hello Shikyo, you now have Customer status and I have reset your Password and emailed you the new one.
