Hi,
I have lost the manual for call of duty. I have looked everywhere and I can`t find it. Today I wanted to install COD on my sons computer and .........
The game is installed on my computer, is there away to find the installionsnumber/key on my computer?
Please help :praise:

You can't install the same serial on two different computers though, its not exactly legal. Correct me if I misinterpreted your question.

:in: I am done with the game and would erase it from my mashine and install it on my sons computer. I haven´t done it yet because of the loss of the manual with the key.
I am glad that I didn`t and if I can`t find the key and read it ´what I am going to do when I want to reinstall?

You'll probably find that the key is encrypted somewhere. Can only think of one game that had it in plain text in the same dirrectory (NWN).

As long as you erase it from yours then install it on your sons I can't see a problem. You might want to try a search google for a utility to recover it. I don't have the game so I'm not much help to you now. Sorry.

You can find the key by going into COD multiplayer and selecting enter new CD key then the current key will be shown.

Thanks for the answers. The problem is solved I found the maual and the key.

you can also take a look into the file 'codkey' (has no extension).
