		<title>Creating a Image using the Xtra Wizard that can be burnt to BD media</title>

		<description><![CDATA[Start the Xtra Wizard in Alcohol.<br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/bd1.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />Click on Next.<br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/bd2.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />In the Next Window you can choose whether you wish to create a new <br />Folder or add Folders or Files that will be included in your image. You can <br />also change the Volume label that is set to My Disc by default.<br /><br />By use of the Date/Time Button you are able to edit the Date and Time Properties<br />of your image<br /><br />For this FAQ I will add a Folder and File to the image.<br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/bd3.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />Under the main area you will see the size of your Image in this case almost 23GB<br />Please note that you still need to have blank media that is big enough for your image <br />if you intend to burn to disc.<br /><br />Click on Next.<br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/bd4.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />In this Window you can choose where you wish to save your image to, you can also change the<br />Image Name if needed, your Image will be created in ISO format.<br /><br />Click on Start.<br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/bd5.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />Click on Finish, your Image has been created.<br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/bd6.png" border="0" class="linked-image" />]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[<b>Q</b> I recieved a Error 2 what can I do?.<br /><br /><b>A</b> If you recieve an Error 2 when trying to Register Alcohol please make sure that your Serial Number is complete and that there are no letter, number or special characters in it that should not be there. <br /><br />The use of special characters is your Email Address can also cause this problem.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[If you have purchased Alcohol through an approved Reseller you will have recieved a 20 character short Serial, <br />once you have recieved the Serial you will need to visit our Homepage and go to the <a href="https://shop.alcohol-soft.com/upgrade_short_serial.php" target="_blank">Upgrade Short Serial page</a>.<br /><br />There you will be asked to enter your Short Serial.<br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/alc/upgrade1.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />After entering your Serial please click on next<br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/alc/upgrade2.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />If you already own an Alcohol account you simply need to choose "Use existing account"<br />where you will need to enter the Email Address for your account and your password<br />then click on "Use existing account" your Short Serial will then exchanged for a 114 character<br />Serial Number.<br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/alc/upgrade3.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />If you do not have an Alcohol account then you will need to create one, to do this please <br />enter your Email Address.<br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/alc/upgrade4.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />Then click on "Create new account"<br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/alc/upgrade5.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />You will then need to enter and confirm your Password.<br /><br />You can also enter the following.<br /><br /><b>Name</b><br /><br /><b>Company (if any)</b><br /><br /><b>Telefone Number</b><br /><br /><b>Address</b><br /><br /><b>State</b><br /><br /><b>Postal Number</b><br /><br /><b>Town</b><br /><br /><b>Country</b><br /><br />Then click on Confirm and Continue<br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/alc/upgrade6.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />You will then see the following message letting you know that your account has been  created and your Serial upgraded.<br /><br />You should now be able to Login to your account and download the retail version.<br /><br /><b>Please Note:.</b> <!--coloro:#FF0000--><span style="color:#FF0000"><!--/coloro-->The Trial version cannot be Activated<!--colorc--></span><!--/colorc-->]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[To be able to play your Safedisc protected Game from Disc you will need to <br />burn the Image to Disc with Burn RMPS to Disc enabled.<br /><br />Mark the Image that you wish to burn to disc in Alcohols main window.<br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/screenshots/sdrmps1.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />Start the Image Burning Wizard.<br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/screenshots/sdrmps2.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />If you have already marked your Image it will already have been selected, if not <br />Browse to where you have save your Image and choose it, then click on next.<br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/screenshots/sdrmps3.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />Check "Burn RMPS to recordable media" then click on start to burn.<br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/screenshots/sdrmps4.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />Once your Image has been burnt to disc you will need to enable RMPS Emulation. <br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/screenshots/sdrmps5.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />To enable RMPS Emulation go to Options then Emulation and check RMPS Emulation.<br /><br /><img src="http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/images/screenshots/sdrmps6.png" border="0" class="linked-image" />]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[<b>Q:-</b> I seem to be having problems downloading Alcohol once logged into my account.<br /><br /><b>A:-</b> There are several problems that can occur when you try to download <br />Alcohol when logged in to the user section. These are usually the result <br />of internet providers or software that is not compatible with the systems we use to serve the download.<br /><br />When trying to deal with this problem please understand that more than <br />99.99% of our users do not have any problems downloading and that the <br />problem most likely is located with some program you have installed or <br />with your internet service provider. We are using a slightly different <br />method for serving the downloads than most regular download sites to <br />prevent abuse of download access and this method is a MUST for us to <br />deliver our services.<br /><br />The common error messages that can occur are :<br /><br />- Critical Error, please contact support. (error: sessid)<br />- Critical Error, please contact support. (error: prodid)<br /><br />The common problems that can occur is:<br /><br />- You receive a long page containing letters and numbers.<br />- You are prompted to save a file named "download_final.php"<br /><br />When encountering one of these problems. Make sure you follow all of the <br />instructions below:<br /><br />1: Use a regular well-functioning type of browser like Mozilla Firefox, <br />Opera or Internet explorer.<br />2: Make sure you are not using a proxy for accessing the Alcohol web site<br />3: Make sure you have disabled all programs of the following types:<br />- Pop-up blockers<br />- Download managers<br />- Download/surfing accelerator software<br />- Internet privacy/internet security toolkits<br />- Firewalls<br /><br />If none of the above works - contact support with the following information:<br /><br />- Your Operating System and version number<br />- Your Browser and which Version<br />- Any Anti-Virus Programs, Firewall Programs or Internet Security <br />Programs that are being installed on your computer<br />- The homepage of your isp and the product-name of your internet <br />connection.]]></description>
