i just downloaded the alcohol 120% installer from the official site to give it a try. but now that i want to uninstall it, i clicked the uninstall shortcut in the Start Menu folder, and... What? no uninst.exe found!
i reinstalled the beat using the setup file I downloaded, but still cant find the uninstall file in the Alcohol installed folder.
so, what must i do now? i even tried downloading the setup file from filefront, and still the uninst.exe file is nowhere to be found
pls help me?

You will find it in the Alcohol folder on your C drive

That's really strange, only the accidental deletion of the file can explain it, yet you said you reinstalled and it still wasn't there...

1. Do you have an antivirus program that may prevent the installation of the file? Try to install again with your AV sofware deactivated.
2. Have you checked from the Windows explorer if there are any other, renamed or whatelse, files in the Alcohol's installation folder( this may have to do with the previous note).
3. Since you have Alcohol installed, and in case that the above doesn't help, please post a system report from within Alcohol in case it helps us figure what is going on.

By the way, were you able to complete the reinstall or you encountered a message that the present installation of Alcohol must be uninstalled first and so you had to stop?

I had NOD32 Antivirus, but it didn't interupted my installation process at all

just reinstalled one more time by the setup file i got from free-downloads.net, and still no unsint.exe
and no, i didn't encounter any message that the present installation of Alcohol must be uninstalled first (should there be any?)

Is there anyway that I could completely uninstall Alcohol 120% manually (what files & registry keys should i delete, etc)? thank you

Yes, normaly the previous version of Alcohol is uninstalled and then the new one is installed. Anyway, in order to manually uninstall Alcohol delete the Alcohol's installation folder and every entry related to Alcohol in the registry( search with "Alcohol" as keyword). If you also want to uninstall SPTD( which is not uninstalled with Alcohol because it is also used by some other programs) download the stand-alone SPTD installer/uninstaller from www.duplexsecure.com.
