Hello everyone,

I have purchased lifetime license using on one laptop.
Today when opened it to burn some stuff, it asked me to enter the license again.
I logged in to my account downloaded the license/email, but did not work at all, it says that the license has been used to other computer.
I am telling that it has been used on only one laptop, that's all.
What to do in this regard.

Thanks

Assuming you've not changed any hardware in the computer?

Alcohol has detected something that has changed in the configuration and therefore assumes that it has been installed on another machine, you'll need to take note of the activation number and switch it in your account. Please see the FAQ below for a step by step.

Hi,

Just follow this thread, is the same problem with the activation.
I have problems on daily basis with activation. I red somewhere that a registry cleaner could be the fault.
I use four programs from cleaning my system, some of the are built in registry cleaner and I also have one dedicated to registry.jv16 Power Tools. I have to monitor to see which is causing me this.
What about activations? I have three keys in my account. I just figured out to use the ID no from bottom of serial/email address registration, to activate it and it worked.
Very strange and difficult way to activate this software,(and easy to be deactivated) maybe more secure for you do not be used by many computers.
If i reinstall the OS on weekly basis do i have to make new activations keys?

Regards

Thank you for this post as I have managed to reactivate my software after I upgraded my current laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
