I recently got a new pc running W10. When I started to install the Alcohol cd, I got a message saying "SCSI not supported on this version of windows. An update may be available".

When I purchased this product I was running Vista on a laptop, but have now got W10 on a desktop. I know I can run the software on 1 pc, but I am unable to install to make the change...

Any ideas??

Steve

Which version of Alcohol do you have on this CD? Which edition (retail, Franzis etc..)? If it is upgradable you can upgrade to the latest version of Alcohol, if it isn't then I don't know, you must contact support to find if they can help you.
