see if you can locate /*Program Files\Dell\Embassy Trust Suite by Wave Systems\*/ folder...
Just remove the startup entries: "EMBASSY Trust Suite Secure Update" and "Document Manager"

Hello,
I have a Dell Latitude D820, and exactly the same problem.
I have highlighted the exe file then in the Context Menu choose Run as ADMINISTRATOR and i solved the problem.
Thanks,
Pensad0r
I have Dell Latitude D620 with the same problem. Run as administrator solved the problem. Thank you.
When I choose Run as administrator, it says "Logon failure: Unknown user name or bad password"
Run as administrator fixed it for me too. Thanks

You mean that you had problems when trying to register and enter this forum?
Have you tried the "Run as" option which solved the previews posters problems?

I had "Internal setup error" problem both with Alcohol and then when I tried to install Daemon Tools. Same error for both applications. That definately indicated there is something else which causes that error to occur. Ok, the solution for me was uninstalling ZoneAlarm Free Toolbar (not the actual ZoneAlarm Free Firewall). Alcohol installed fine right away. I found some info on the internet that the Toolbar was cuasing some problems. Simply turning ZoneALarm firewall off won't have any effect. Hope this will help to some of you.

I've had the same problem since a few days. Alcohol 52% was working fine before, but now it fails to load drivers when I launch the software.
I uninstalled it, and I can't install it now (internal setup error).
It may come from some updates the computer applied recently, like Windows 7 x64 automatic updates and a Comodo Internet Security update. When I shutdown Comodo it doesn't work either.
Thanks for helping me

I had to desactivate the Defense+ permanently and reboot to install Alcohol.
And to avoid the error "Load drivers failed" I had to add a manual exclusion of the Alcohol folder for Detect shellcode injection in the Execution Control Settings of Defense+.
Apparently the issue is known from the Comodo teams, and they give it as a workaround.
Thanks
