Does Alcohol Support UIF file format?

It isn't in the list of the Alcohol's officially supported image types. If it isn't a disk image type at all then it surely isn't supported.

In the Alcohol's options select "Extensions" in the "Virtual Drive" section and you'll see the image types supported by Alcohol. As for the UIF one, since it is an image type you can try mounting it to an Alcohol's virual drive after renaming it to .iso, if it reports it as invalid image then it isn't supported.
