First Sys Info for the tech:

System report removed by zamiel

Ok I am trying to rip multiple games, most notables that I am working on right now are:

Battlefield 2
Battle for Middle Earth 2 (and witch king expansion)

I have just tried to use the image making wizard to create an mds for Battlefield 2. Used Safedisc 2/3/4, ran it at 8x on the (F:) HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GWA4164B(0:1). Got it made, mounted it and tried to run it, splash screen and no dice.

I am about to throw my head through a wall. Please help (I am trying to find a fit program to use consistently for this cafe, not just a fish for a free program dump it later so please help this work).

Thanks in advance,

ShawnLXC

Have you tried to scan the cds with Protection ID?

Have you installed the game from the Virtual Drive rather than the original CDs? Failing that SafeDisc games are extremely hardware dependant. Try slowing down the read speed of the image when creating them to the lowest possible speed.

I installed the game with original media. I will slow it down to the lowest speed and try again. Will post later results.

Your problem is probably due to the Safedisk's blacklisting of SCSI drives( including the Alcohol's virtual ones), use Safedisk 4 Hider to hide them from the copy protection while playing with the mounted images.
