Unable to download English Help File

I am unable to download ax_enu.chm from English Help File. Is this a mistake (because most of this forum is locked up

), or is it because I am registered here as a member (with no Customer account)?

ps. Besides the Help files in Alcohol dont work topic, once the help file is launched, it seems to require an internet connection?!?? Please see the screenshots:

Are you able to download the file if you logout ?, regardingyour other problem did you choose to install the helpfiles when you installed Alcohol and do you have any special characters in the path.
