I am trying to burn a back up of Rosetta Stone (2006 Version) which says it is safedisk 4 . I can make images that work just fine however am hoping to find a way to burn back-ups as the original disks are getting ratty looking but still work. keeping images the hard disk with Alcohol120% is not user friendly enough for the family..

I have good images that I can mount and use with Alcohol 120%

I want to burn the images to either a toshiba TSL633C (internal laptop) or an MSI Wind Drive UO882 (USB burner) I also have a Blu Ray Player/DVD burner  in another location if that may be useful but I do not know the brand/model presently

Previous burning attempts have failed but I will not give up hope yet, as I may just need the correct settings

This disk is very difficult to be backed up, perhaps due to additional proprietary copy protection, I don't know if anybody ever managed to make a working backup. But you can try with the Advanced Week Sector Scanning enabled and 1x burning speed. Your best chances is to make a backup with the SafeDisc 2/3/4 datatype (not the EFM Writer one) but it will need Alcohol's emulation in order to work.

I have made images that work 100% but the issue I have is making physical CD back ups

Yes, the problem has to do with the physical backups.
