Hi,

I have bought the Alcohol120 software from your authorized reseller SW.CZ. I was given an registration key and the instructions for creating account on your site alcohol-soft.com (shop.alcohol-soft.com respectively).

However the registration on website is impossible to complete.

1) I visit http://shop.alcohol-...ller_serial.php , enter the reg. key and click "Register me for upgrades".
2) There is a warning for unknown issued certificate (for the sake of investigation i skipped it and continued on).
3) I get redirected on the address https://shop.alcohol...ade_serial1.php which DOES NOT EXIST. The server responds with HTTP 404 Not Found.

Did the way a customer registers with a reg. key change? How can I complete my registration then?

Regards,

PS: I tried to post this directly through http://support.alcoh...upportemail.php but I got kicked with "The submitted info contains illegal data. Please contact support."... and only way to contact support I found is through that same funny form. Seriously, guys?

Where did you got that upgrade link from? it is an old link, please try using this one instead:

http://shop.alcohol-...ellerserial.php

Concerning the contact form, most probably you inserted some special character on you message/details that is not allowed.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. It went fine using the link you provided. Thank you.

I got the link from the reseller where I bought Alcohol from - the SW.CZ. I'm going to notify them that the gave out wrong instructions.

I think we can close this. :)

PS: The forms break not only when including special character, but also with diacritics like "ě", "š", and others. (I have them in my name, that's why I found out.)
