When I install Alcohol (Version 2.0.3.11012) on Windows 10 Build 18362 (Version 1903), it always shows an error at the last step of the installation:

As Alcohol has not been updated for several months since last year, I guess it would be a compatibility issue between Alcohol and Windows 10.

Please check and fix it ASAP.

Additionally, this tools caused BSOD (after reboot) on my laptop. Please check as well. If confirmed, stop using it because it can cause the Safe Mode BSOD.

Please try to download and install the latest version of Alcohol instead and please let us know if you still have problems.

@mimiros Were you able to fix the safe mode BSOD and how? I seem to have the same issue, after installing Alcohol my PC won't boot even in the safe mode, causing BSOD (BOOT DEVICE INACCESSIBLE) and I really don't want to spend next week with the complete reinstall of Windows...

Boot from a Windows PE or other similar disc/usb stick and delete Alcohol's folder and all the entries related to Alcohol and SPTD from the registry, then you must be able to boot into Windows. For the registry you will need an offline registry editor (search for one on the web). If you want try to install Alcohol again, perhaps something went wrong the first time.

Yeah, as mentioned in the other thread the WinPE/regedit recovery worked to remove the SPTD entries and the system booted up again.
