I have a large archive of audio CD's I ripped with Alcohol a long long time ago. All are in MDF/MDS format. Can these files be mounted to Windows 10 and later? Is there any way to convert them to formats that can?
Windows 10 compatibility.

Made an exception for Avast and downloaded the portable A120. Worked well on Windows 10! I do hope it was indeed a false positive. Thanks for your reply.
