The files won’t play on the old computer (that malfunctioning sound card I mentioned earlier)
They play just fine on the new computer.
But,
The preferences are nowhere to be found.
YOU CAN’T BURN THEM or convert them to MP3’s, I haven’t tried FLAC.
Does this mean,..
The preferences are stored on a cab file in the registry of the old computer????
Can I recover and move those preference files????

Is there ANY alternative to trashing and reloading the entire collection (many of which I no longer have).
Does anybody have any suggestions?
How can I make these files ‘burnable’??

I had virus related problems on my PC. After reinstalling windows, I found that many of my programs were missing vital files for their operation. I reinstalled Alcohol, but my e_mail address has changed and I can not get it to function. I have the code key but I can not remember what our e_mail address used to be. I am using the same computer in the same house. How can I get it to work again?

I am having a problem running alcohol 120 after installing xp sp3. I can't use the support web site because it keeps coming back with "The submitted info contains illegal data". The error I am getting is Error 2. I cannot send the detail using the support forum. Is that an email I can send this info to?

This post is for alcohol support. I am having problem with running alcohol120 after upgrading to XP SP3. I can't post using the support forum. It keep saying I have illegal characters. I am after an email address from support that I can send my details. I have been using the software for over 5 yrs and now it is asking me to register and giving me Error 2 when I try do to so. Please HELP!!!
