No Reply to Support Emails

Recently we have had problems where users have not been recieving replys to there questions/problems from the Support Team.

The Support Team who deal with Email Support provide virtually 24/7 cover and answer every Email that we recieve, it is possible that a short delay can happen if we need to check with Alcohols R & D Team but normally within a 12/24 Hour period you should have recieved a reply from us.

Please if you do not recieve an answer from Support make a small Post in this Forum stating that you have not recieved a reply then we can contact you and if needed use other forms of commumication to contact you.

Please if you have the above stated problems make your Post in a courteous manner that you are unhappy that you cannot Download/Login etc etc we can understand and once we are notified of the problem and have made conatct with you we will do all that we can to solve the problem.
