I know it can't be done, but while it ever be able to be accomplished?

I used to know the reason but if someone could shed some light on this subject again I would appreciate it. What is it that is stopping us from making 1:1 copies?

Without the use of a mod chip I should say wink.gif

Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure at all about my answer but since protection ca detect whether or not it is a CD-R (on pc on some games yoou need to use softwre to hide your media type) Is uspect it is the same with console. since you can't inject softqre to hide media type it shoud by done by hardware... bu mau be i'm wrong

Mod chip is needed as it makes the Console think it is a Playstation CD something to do with the Boot Sector on Playstation Media that you cant burn to CDR.
