Es wurde uns bekannt gemacht, das in zwei Faellen Webmaster Abmahnungen
bekamen, weil sie Links zur Trial-Version von Alcohol auf ihrer Homepage
hatten.

Wenn sie Alcohol als Download auf ihrer Homepage in Deutschland anbieten
KANN es möglich sein, das auch sie ein solches Abmahnschreiben erhalten.
Daher im Zweifelsfall den Link entfernen, um auf der sicheren Seite zu sein.

Wir prüfen die rechtliche Seite und schauen, ob und wenn ja wie Leute
betroffen sind, die unser Affiliate-Programm benutzen - und werden uns dann
umgehen melden!



It has now come to our attention that in at least two cases now people have recieved Letters/Emails threataning them with Court due to the fact that they have offered Alcohol Trail on there Homepages for Download.

When you offer or have Links to our Trial Download in Germany please for your own saftey remove them to save yourself these problems.

For those who use are Affilate Program in Germany we are looking into this and will be getting in contact once we know a little more.
