Just a few more days and some more paperwork to fill out, but this car is as good as mine clap.gif :

2004 Dodge Neon SXT

I'm so excited. My newest car thus far has been my 93 Pontiac Sunbird, and it lasted a whopping 3 months, lol. My current car chews through a quart of oil every other day and lately has taken to overheating and leaking coolant whenever it feels like it. This is going to be great in comparison. biggrin.gif

Wooo..... a beautiful car.

However, red cars always give me an image of racing cars, this colour is not my favourite.

Will this be your new one? Or what will be your choice?

PS I don't mean red is a bad choice, but I am just too conservative, it is too 'attractive' for me.

Those pictures are the actual car I'm trying to get. They have almost all their cars up on their website. Very helpful when browsing the lot. Took it out for a test drive on Tuesday. Handles nice and has good acceleration.

I am always very joyful to hear others buying new cars.

In Hong Kong, it is really not easy to own a car. And if you have been here, you will definitely know here is not much space on roads for you to drive. sad.gif The traffic (and rules) is also too complex.

Therefore, I just think people here in Hong Kong are very easy to be jealous of others' cars, especially new ones. Therefore I think red cars are too attractive to become targets to get 'scratched'.

Not being mean here, but have you checked on your insurance rates for it yet?

Year Make Model
04 DODGE NEON SXT

4 DOOR SEDAN

4 Cylinder

122 Cubic inch 1B3-S56C04

On a scale of 1-20 low being the best 20 being the worst to own, this car ranks in at

LIABILITY 05

COMP 05

COLLISION 07

PIP 11

Pretty nice for a Neon. Since Dodge took over from Plymouth they have been getting better crash test ratings. No recalls for it either. This is a nice car, congrats! clap.gif

2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse

If you give the page a few seconds pictures will appear at the top of the insides and stuff.

Thats my dream car right there... 3.8 liters and 6 cylinders. If only I had 20 grand on me... because the last 24 dollars in my wallet probably wouldnt be good enough. As soon as I get through colledge thats the first thing im buying... maybe not that year but then again that car wont be very old when I get out.

Yes Tron, I admit so. One thing I hate the most is the drivers press the horns very hard anyhow.

By the way, did you meet me when you were here? If you saw a very handsome guy, that must have been me. laugh.gif

Oh, wait... I just remember I met a very handsome visitor with a very pretty lady together. Was that you? I forgot to greet you there. cool.gif

I think you might want to look at another car or find a job that lets you afford this one.

Yeah, I checked the insurance rates. $1380 (owwwwww) per 6 months. Though the important thing now is dealing with the lenders. The first one approved me then wouldn't without a co-signer, then I talked to my bank who approved me, then decided they wanted a couple grand down (and a co-signer). Grrr. If I can't get a co-signer, this whole deal may go down the drains. ohmy.gif dry.gif
