Well, if your video card is not overclocked, I bet your video card will still be able to churn through those frames in Doom 3 at very high speeds.... At those settings. I tried out my computer on Doom 3 with 1024x786 at high, and it ran pretty good considering the video card's type. On 800x600, however, I get consistantly around 60fps with the frame rate cap on, which to me is super smooth. I dunno what would happen if I turned it off though.
