At the moment all Magazines etc appear to be going into Raptures over the new Apple Iphone ( or whatever it will be called due to Cisco owning the name ) what are your thoughts on it.

Whilst you cant deny it looks fancy, is it at the end of the day any better than any of the other Mobile Telephones out there or is it just another fashion statement.

Who needs an ipod when there is SonyEricsson W810i? I have all I need in it, mp3-player, radio, digital camera, crappy games and of course it´s useful for making phone calls as well!

Well I do not and will not own an i-anything. I am a snop, but still feel you should allow competition not proprietary-ism.

I have my pda with a player and to watch videos if needed. I just had to go out to get an mp3 player, and it is just some generic player with 512 mem on it with an expansion slot. cheap, but still works...

I think this phone is just a fashion statement like the ipod.

Well, i-nothing for me. I'll stick to my old-school Nomad or my PDA untill something good comes out.

the i-wannt steal my name from cisco is just like the ipod when it came out - a status symbol. besides, there are WAY better phone\mp3 combo's out there..
