Please make sure that all Antivirus and Anti-malware software is disabled or removed during the installation.
Also check that no services from these programs are running at start up.
If you use Zone Alarm
Check that Zone Alarm Extreme Force Field Service and C:\Program files\CheckPoint\ZAForceField\IswSvc.exe are disabled at start up then try to install Alcohol again.
You will need to go to Start -> Run and execute "services.msc", then stop "Zonealarm Forcefield" service, alternatively you can also try to kill ISWSVC.EXE process on Windows Task Manager.
If you use F-Secure
please try disabling Deep Guard.
If the problem persists then try unchecking iSCSI Service during installation.
