I cannot download "2.1.1.2201 version Alcohol 120% - lifetime upgrade" or anything else. It is very, very broken. *scratch that* I can download the demo version, but of course I want the licensed version that I paid for. 

 

Also, this section "If you experience any problems downloading the software you should refer to the FaQ available from the support section before contacting support." is also broken:

So that seems promising...

I just downloaded Alcohol 120% from my customer account without any problems. How did you try to download it?

If you are really a customer and you still have problem downloading the paid version PM Robbo (you can find him in The Moderating Team link down right on the main forum's page) with your customer email and tell him about your problem.
