Community Status Updates

I am having a problem running alcohol 120 after installing xp sp3. I can't use the support web site because it keeps coming back with "The submitted info contains illegal data". The error I am getting is Error 2. I cannot send the detail using the support forum. Is that an email I can send this info to?

This post is for alcohol support. I am having problem with running alcohol120 after upgrading to XP SP3. I can't post using the support forum. It keep saying I have illegal characters. I am after an email address from support that I can send my details. I have been using the software for over 5 yrs and now it is asking me to register and giving me Error 2 when I try do to so. Please HELP!!!
