but how come zamiel ( forgot how to spell it ) became a support person he never brought it.

Zamiel never stated he wasnt a customer. He like many others may not care to have the customer logo under his name. Besides, with the wealth of knowledge he brings to the boards it was a wise decision to get him on to help out the other support and admin since he is on a different time zone he can respond faster or offer a true 24 hour response time from support.
