Well, it seems that you are right. The problem must be that Alcohol doesn't support cue/bin images with subcode( or subchannel) data. That's why in the Audio CD+ datatype( which is for protected Audio CDs I think) where subchannel data are read by default cue/bin format is not available. Since the pregap and postgap information are contained in the audio part of the subcode perhaps DevTeam should have a look into this issue( althought it isn't a major one).
