You're in better standings for the CPU. I cant coment on the rest (I just dont know) The last machine I built for a fried only had 4 total fans on it. The pS fan blowing the air in over the CPU, the CPU fan, and 2 case fans blowing air out. I tried diff combinations on it and got the cpu down to 26c no load and it went to 35c under load. so you are close but looking at other different combo's I think you are "cool" with where you are at for now.
