I have updated my system, to make it compatible with Windows XP 64

I have a Tyan K8WE motherboard,
and also a Promise SATAII150 SX8 8 port SATA Controller
I use nero in 64bit Windows fine
As soon as I use nero 32bit Windows it BSOD all the time
I think it is to do with the above controller, when I disable controller nero runs fine.
any ideas?
I sent a email to Promise! they emailed back there is no 32bit support for the controller, yet they have 32 bit drivers.
