There are things I like about what they've done with the hardware, and theres things I dont.

PRO'S

PCI-E technology
3 Core processor to share the load
GDDR3 memory

CONS
1 MB L2 cache to be shared amongst 3 cores.

HUGE CONS
They are going with DVD ROM as the media format. Some software developers alrady are complaingin a DVD doesnt give them the space they need to make the game. Even 2 dont.

All in all im still not presuaded to get one. Ill attach the txt file with the specs.

On a side note, they (Note from MaLing: Sony) have releases specs for the XBOX360 and I believe these are the launch specs. So if the console comes out on time these specs are correct. Ill post em in a seperate thread

Ummm... I think Playstation is released by Sony, and Xbox is released by Microsoft, am I right?

Well I assumed that when you heard XBOX360 you would know by they I ment microsoft. Correct.

Yes, and im editing my con of only 512MB RAM. For a system without an OS to load all kinds of junk into memory this will be plenty. The original xbox only had 32MB.
