AOE 3, how to backup?

i want to backup my copy of AOE3, but in the 120search data base it says it uses smarte protection ,which i cannot choos in alchohol 120%

Because this has nothing to do with selecting the datatype.
Inside Alcohol > View Menu > System Info

Just choose the safedisc 2/3 datatype instead.

I have tried to make a back-up of this game as will. At the 19% area I get Disk Read Error's. Can you help me with this?

The disc read errors you are getting are normal for the protection, just let them pass through as they only exist in the first few percent of the disc.
