prey was working with an copy disk yesterday i had to reinstall windows xp pro.andi put in a new
lite-on burner now i cant get a copy to work.what could be the trouble.

Probably the drive letter has shifted.
Please try to set in Windows the drive letter to the previous one.

When you say "reinstall" XP PRO did you do a full reformat or install over top of the current OS. This could be one issue.
Was the drive you used to make the backup the same drive your currently trying to run the backup on?
When was the last time you updated alcohol 120%, my point here is maybe you had a much older version that worked for a unknown reason. Which version is installed now?

did a full install.i thank i had latest version.made new copy on alcohol 120 and made new disk 'they dont work. strange
