I know im several days late here and the OP already made his choice, just letting him know it was a good one.

The 7600GT has twice the memory bandwidth and performs at a rate of 3 times faster then the 7300GT in:

Shader Operations
Pixel Fill Rate
Texture Fill Rate

And nearly doubles it in Vertex Operations

Truly a much more powerful card. Don't be sold on the whole 512MB of ram vs 256 either... the 512 on my X1800XT is only really valuable when playing games like oblivion on higher settings. In most games my card performs no better then its 256MB variant.

Thanks Jito, downloaded ( i posted some days ago but now i see that it isnt published :| ).

Yesterday i saw in a games magazine that you can 'contrl+alt+supr' and force compatibility choosing between CPU0 and CPU1 biggrin.gif couldn't work fine with this feature instead of using your files :? (i dunno, i havent got problems with the games i've tried biggrin.gif ).

thanks 2005, it works very well right now biggrin.gif

That's true, but then you have to drop out of the game to force compatibility, this will do it automatically in the background. Plus, some games don't allow you to CTRL+ALT+DEL to get out of them. Not many, but a few have done this to me in the past.
