hi,

i've just purchased alcohol to archive my 200+ cd and dvd data disks onto my pc. Everything has worked perfectly making images for most of my disks but i have a couple of games (original disks) that must have some copy protection on.

I see the option when creating an image to select the protection thats in place on the disk, but how do i know which one to pick?

is there anyway to analyse the disk to identify which type of protection it uses?

i can post up the titles in question if thats allowed?
