Vista Ultimate 64 Bit / Virtual Drives Not Working

The problem is that when I go into the Virtual Drive section of Alcohol, I change the drive setting from 0 to any number - I have tried 1, 4 and 8. It says it's applying the virtual device settings but the drives never appear.
I have ALREADY followed these instructions to correct the problem. The problem still exists. The instructions I have tried so far as well as my system report are below:
Open registry editor (execute regedit),
1. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\sptd and change Start value to 4 (=disabled)
2. Reboot.
3. After reboot enable all permissions of sptd\cfg key in Services hive, then delete entire sptd key, and ensure System has full access (check permissions) to entire Services hive.
4. Reboot.
5. After reboot re-install SPTD using the SPTD stand-alone installer.
6. Reboot.
7. Try to install Alcohol

1. I do not know the email address for customer support.
2. I did make sure that the alcohol directory was removed when I uninstalled the product, however, I do not magically know all the registry keys associated with Alcohol and I did nothing with the registry besides what I stated in my first message.
If you could provide those two pieces of information I would have enough information to proceed. Thank you.

HKCU\Software\Alcohol Soft
HKCU\Software\StarSynergy (registration info)
HKLM\Software\Alcohol Soft
And you already know the registry key for SPTD. After removing SPTD, you should make sure that key is removed as well.

Contains a link to "purchased user forum". That link is : http://forum.alcohol...hp?showforum=69
However, when I go to http://forum.alcohol-soft.com/index.php?showforum=69, it says:
The error returned was:
Sorry, the link that brought you to this page seems to be out of date or broken.
So, I don't even know the correct link to the "purchased user forum".

I have changed your membership status to Customer and should now be able to access the customer section of the forum.
