Ok, so I've got a leftover 4GB CF compatible MicroDrive from an old USB pen drive that got messed up. The drive is fine, but the electronics took a dump. I'm trying to find an MP3 player that utilizes CompactFlash/MicroDrives, but doesn't already come with one. I found one on FleaBay, but the seller is from Hong Kong, and I can just imagine returning that if it turns out to be bad. Not to mention that I've been stung before buying electronics through FleaBay, and would prefer to avoid that scenario if at all possible. I've looked at Newegg, but haven't found anything there. Any suggestions? I'd even consider buying one with a 1GB CF or MD in it, if I could swap in my 4GB and make it work. I just don't have a use for my 4GB drive now that I've got a 16GB flash drive, and I hate to see it go to waste. I'd appreciate any suggestions anyone has.

CF/MD MP3 player

Well, not familiar with these devices, but have you considered selling that for somebody who can utilise it (and perhaps get some extra cash) rather than buying an extra device to suit it?

Yeah, I've considered that, but it would be perfect for an MP3 player. 4GB would be plenty of storage for all my music. I just need a device to stick it in.
