hi,

having trouble creating an image of supreme commander with DPM - it always hangs at 69%...i imagine this is when it makes the layer change. i've tried on two different computers, different drives, same problem. this is the system info for one of them:

the other system uses a LiteOn 166S.

Not all drives are capable of getting the correct DPM from some games discs development are working on a solution however we have no time line for when this will be completed you could try adjusting your read speeds to see if that helps

For the moment you can use the DPM data of only the first layer to play the game, the second isn't that much necessary. However if you manage getting the DPM data of the second layer please let as know( including drive and speed of DPM that worked), this information may be usefull for the Development Team.

Doesn't it display a message such as "Extracting the DPM data from the second layer failed. Do you wan't to save the DPM data of the first layer?" It normally does. Perhaps you should wait a while before "clicking" the cancel button.

no...i'm only guessing that it's trying to extract the second layer. i waited an hour, that should be long enough shouldn't it?

Try going into the General Options and change the "Device Control Interface" (e.g. if it's on Default, change to Windows). Then try imaging the game again.

I am having the same problem. I get stuck at 80%. I changed the Default to Windows and still the same result. I have a HL-DT-ST_DVDRAM_GSA-T50F in my laptop. 2 hours and 15 minutes stuck at 80% with no option to save DPM data.
