I don't have the game but I suppose it will have the typical bloodshed.

I've thought about getting it, but last I heard they were going to charge for online play. Anyone heard anything further about that? While it does have a solo mode, I don't like that they're charging for online access.

From what I have read is that there is a basic option that can play online for free, but there will be upgrade content only for subscribers. You can go either way, but if you cancel your subscription you will lose access to all the subscription items and upgrades. It will have like Diablo has a game lobby to go online and get a party together, and both subscribers and non can quest together on the basic part, it also has the 3 game modes like Diablo II where after the 2nd go round you can change over to hardcore mode where if you die, your character is gone, no revives.

Don't know if there is a pay for play option coming, but I do own the game and love it. This is one of the few games I really enjoy playing...... A lot of action....
