Image list erases itself

A few hours after making an image list it disappears.

I'm using Alcohol 120 (Retail) Version 198 (Build 7117) with Win XP (Home Edition) SP3
with 1.5 GB ram and 1.5 TB HD disk space.

What happens to my list or where can I go to find it?
