A) How do I get non-trial support
Why can't I use the software I paid for. I'm getting "Connection refused, please check your internet connection and any firewall software you may have."
This is why people use pirated software. It's easier.

Have you tried temporarily disabling your firewall/antivirus software? Are you using a proxy? If the problem persists please contact the Alcohol support at support_team@alcohol-soft.com.
To gain access to the customer's only forum PM an Admin with the email that you used when you purchased Alcohol.
