Computer at work: (Wich I'm responsible for the maintenance of)
Avid DS Video editing computer..
Dual Xeon 1.7Ghz
1.5GB RAM
10 SCSI-HDD's in RAID-0 (Striped), wich makes a nice partition of 520GB..
Not sure about the GFX-card.. some fancy video-editing card.. With 2 21' monitors connected to.

What did it cost ?? About $150 000... (Avid DS is expensive blink.gif )

The shot above suggests that your Windows registry is severrly fuxored... numerous references for the same device.
I'd suggest cleaning the windows registry- the best tool I know (IV16 Powertools) is also free as well: www.jv16.org
