hi, i'm having a problem with alcohol 120, where the program isn't making a virtual drive or the virtual drive isn't working. i recently formated my harddrive and reinstalled windows vista. then yesterday i installed my purchased version of alcohol 120 and evrything went smoothly. when i started the program the first time it created a virtual drive, but for some reason the virtual drive isn't working. when i enter the virtual drive options it says that i have 1 virtual drive installed, but neither the drive parameter or drive letter options are available. also, in the device manager the virtual drive's device is listed as an unknown device.

I have already tried installing the latest SPTD then installing Alcohol in safe mode, I've tried removing and reinstalling several times, both manually and with the uninstaller.

also it should be noted that before the format it worked perfectly, and there haven't been any hardware changes after. i only formated because my hardrive was full of junk.
here is my system report.

Have you tried installing an older version of SPTD from the www.duplexsecure.com website then install Alcohol?
