Hi,
I recently mounted the image I had from a game that I used to play. The disc got scratched so it hit the can, but I had an ISO made and stored on a back up hard drive. Now, I mounted the iso, installed, and played. Shut off the game after an hour or so, came back, and now can't get the game to start. How do I fix this? Do I need to actually mount the iso to a disc? Also, I tried other programs and all have the same result, daemon and etc. One time use, next time "Please Insert CD"

Ok, I just got annoyed and downloaded a fixed exe for the game so it works. But I am still curious as to why it didn't work with alcohol?

Absolutely yes, Alcohol works only with images mounted to a virtual drive.
