You don't have to post your system report two times, one is enough.

Service Starwind service has been stopped.
must start the server before changing any parameter.

Check in the Task Manager if the StarWindServiceAE.exe application is active before and after trying to share the newtwork drive.

this is the report and add, that to start the application in the window option iscsi
show me:

%1 is not a valid win32 application

I don't really understand what you want to say. Can you be a bit more specific?

Goto Start -> Run and execute services.msc then search for StarWind AE Service and run it, also you may want to check properties for that service (double click it) and set startup type to Automatic so that it runs automatically at system startup.

If you don't have StarWind AE Service in services.msc then there is something wrong with your Alcohol install, please disable your real-time anti-virus and try to reinstall Alcohol.

I did what you said and still the problem persists,
I turn off the antivirus protection avgfree resident and still continues with the same problem. thanks for your help, this appears to have no solution.

A second problem is that when recording, only shows the DAO recording method, do not know why? I think my burner supports other methods.
if you can help me in this other problem will thank you. Thanks

Which is your burner and is it supported by Alcohol (if not there will be a warning in the system report in the drives properties)? What other burning programs do you have and do they have the same DAO problem?
As for the StarWind service there may be a conflict with something else. Do you have any other network sharing programs or programs that also use virtual drives? Also a registry editor that starts with Windows can screw everything up.
One more thing that you can do is checking the connection between the server and the client computer.
