1) support for NRG files (like daemon-tools)

2) ability to burn files from HD

3) When mounting an show the image of the current mounted image (like daemon-tools)

4) Nothing big, but I would like the option of when minimized to minimize in the taskbar and when I hit the x(close) for it to send it to the system tray, instead of closing the program

5) blacklisting prevention, like renaming the device

6) Would like to see image compression

i don't know what to thing about you...

1) Another day you asked for SUPPORT *.NRG files, i don't know if you remember, but PHOENIX answers you
<a href='http://forum.alcohol...=559&hl=nero&s=' target='_blank'>here</a>
At this time the answer is no as there image is copywrited and you need express permission you use it, this they do not give
D-T however have an agreement with Ahead this is why they are able to support the nrg format
----------------
2) answered <a href='http://forum.alcohol...ST&f=1&t=578&s=' target='_blank'>here</a> again, you reply the post where the answer is...
----------------
3) i don't use D-Tools... but i think is a good idea.
----------------
4) Open alcohol, goto options -- General -- Display. There you can select between close or minimize to systray.

--------------

Why you made first and second questions if you know the answer?? I cannot understand dry.gif

Sorry, sometimes i'm a bit impulsive... :/

The reason I posted it here, was because it was suggestions and this is the first time I have posted at (Development Suggestions For Future Versions )

I wasn't suggesting it before but asking the question why it wasn't included. Just don't understand why Daemon-tools has premission for the image and not alcohol? It might seem like something small to you, but for some people it's a reason not to use alcohol and use daemon-tools instead.

It seems as if alcohol does what alot of other programs already do and if I own them already there is no need for me to purchase this product. The only benifit is that if I need to burn some image I don't have to install that software and I can use alcohol. Then again I could just use winiso and convert it.

mmmm
i said it when reedited.. sorry... today isn't my day..

Yes, for me it's small, because i'm using nero about 3 years, for free, with my old ricoh and my new plector, was included, and some things i do it only with nero.. data and music. You ask for "burn files from CD", for my point of view, if anyone of A120% staff says that soon will be available, i don't see the need of asking for it. I don't know because Ahead don't let them to use, but i suppose it's for comercial... DT is free, and could not be a competitor, because doesn't burn (as i know). Alcohol comes like a potential competitor... this is that i think.
it's nothing against you... only a bad day... sorry again smile.gif
