I was just thinking earlier today that it would be so handy to be able to right-click on a mounted image, and select the Image Burning Wizard from the context menu. Perhaps label it "Burn with Alcohol". I did something similar with Nero, but not while they were mounted. Just right-clicking on the image itself. Just a thought.

btw. are there any commandline switches for alcohol.exe (not axcmd) ?
this would be something I would add. e.g. alcohol.exe -B 'imagename' to directly launch the writing wizard with the image specified.
