Are you looking for a one time install or an evaluation period, like a 30-day one?

Pretty sure that ms is planning (or already have) to put the pdc/4051 build of longhorn for download for anyone. It's a 120 day eval.

Unless you're a developer, there is no real sense in testing longhorn at this time.

This Longhorn Beta is a tough thing to find. I have been searching for a long time. I will try my hardest. IF I get it I will post ASAP

Tis quite easy to find, you just need to know where to look. Now if one was to suggest the most popular file sharing program as a place to start I can't be held responsible for what you do with your internet connection. smile.gif

I'm not talking about anyway I just suggested a mere starting point, which is not illegal. I didn't even go as far to say which one. The ball is in your court.

I myself aren't remotely interested and will wait. If you really want a copy of it contact MS and ask. Its probably not available for download, but to developers only and will most likely require activation much like its XP counterpart.

As people have found out MS haven't put a Beta available for download yet (correct me if I'm wrong) so the only way is through the "leak" method as you stated yourself, which then challenges the boundaries of legality. How do you think they get on file sharing in the first place?

Enuf said. If you want it bad enough you'll do what it takes.

there is a beta out but only to people who subscribe to msdn (something like that ) i was wondering if there was another way to get it considering the joining fee is like $1000us

I came across that problem as well. It seems the only people who can get it are MSDN.

hahaha, w00p, only available to developers I see. smile.gif

You can either work for someone who is a member of MSDN, join or find alternative means.

If we search long enough we'll find a solution that is legal...hopefully.
